OUR CONDITIONS
Quinta Fonte is a child-free accommodation and only accepts bookings for adult (18+) guests.

Quinta Fonte is also a non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is only permitted in two designated places on our site, not in other public places such as near the swimming pool and not in the accommodations.

Although we love animals very much, pets are unfortunately not allowed in our guesthouses.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for damage to or loss of your property or unexpected accidents during your trip and stay. Make sure you have travel insurance with sufficient coverage.

Check-in and check-out: Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM, check-out must be done before 11:00 AM.
PAYMENT AND CANCEL POLICY
A deposit of 50% of the cost of the stay will be charged at the time of booking. The remainder must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. For bookings where the arrival date is within 30 days, the full costs will be charged at once.

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before the arrival date, after which cancellation costs equal to the down payment will be charged. Cancellation is no longer possible from 30 days before arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for unforeseen circumstances and force majeure such as illness, canceled flights and the like. Make sure you have a good travel and cancellation insurance yourself.
